Young People vs Integrity
As young people, when you have commitment, then here you go. You can do anything through Christ who strengthen you.
You should dare to be different. For example, you are a fresh graduate and this is your first company. You have schedule in a certain days of a week to do community services, let say it is on Tuesday. When you enter workplace, culture shock and workahollic appear. U begin to feel that time fly faster and u have not enough time to do all ur work. Too much task to finish and it causes to overtime work. On the other hand, Tuesday comes and u should back ontime. Can you say to ur supervisor that this day u have appointment that could never been missed? Are you brave enough to set the rules for yourselves and let people know about it? Do u have some kind of fear because your position is only a staff, new comers who should obey and adapt to senior's working lifestyle?
You should say to them that u have ur own standard for that day. No matter how busy it is, u already have commitment in doing the community services on Tuesday every week, even before u join the company. Yes, u have the right to say something and act for it. Don't overcome others mouth.
People may say that you are kid who know nothing, or when you reach your twenties they are still judging you by underestimate your talent because lack of experiences that you have. Yes, u should acknowledge that u are young and have no experiences at all. However, u should embrace yourselves and show them that young people without experiences have braveness and talent to work hard in a whole heart. Young people keep their commitment and integrity in doing something. We can change the world to be more better.
